2 power-packed calls to tackle your goals
1 week of private text support to keep the momentum going
1 month of access to PALS for extra community support
The commitment is for one week, beginning on a Monday and ending on a Friday. All calls and support are based off of Eastern Time Zone.

Wanna chat face-to-face before committing? Have some questions? No worries, let’s hop on a Zoom call and chat! This step is totally optional, though. You’ll be offered this option once you complete Step 1.

Once we confirm we’re a good fit for one another, I’ll send you a contract, an invoice, and a link to schedule your sessions!
